The Cedros West Elm project was led by our partner Dempsey Construction, and consisted of a complete transformation of an inactive roller rink into a 15,395sq ft multi-tenant retail building now occupied by West Elm and other design district retailers in the famed Solana Beach Design District.
Sylvester Roofing was chosen to construct a Johns Manville TPO roof and a beautiful standing seam metal roof to provide a high-integrity roofing solution to withstand the seabreeze climate while amplifying the unique design and charm that has become synonymous with Cedros Avenue.
